User Notice |
1 The company will only provide boardering care for healthy adult dogs which are of legal status and inoculated with whole vaccines. Puppies under the age of 6 months and adult dogs of senile decay are not acceptable.
2 The company will be responsible for the daily feeding and arrangements. Clean drinking water and food will be provided during the boardering period.Any special food needed by your dog requires must be prepared by the owners.
3 Each dog will have its own single indoor bedroom which is air conditioned with a daily two to three hours of outdoor activities.
4 For boardering care for small to medium sized dogs over one week and large dogs over a two weeks, a free bath and basic care service will be provided. Beauty care and fine care will be charged separately.
5 For any boardering period over ten days,we will provide one free pick up, or one free delivery for your dog. For boardering periods over twenty one days, we will provide both free pick up and free delivery for your dog. At the time of pick up, the contract documentation and formalities will be made and completed.
6 The owner must provide any and all necessary information to help us give the best possible care and treatment for your dog during the boardering period, such as personality, habits and characteristics etc.
